I loved soaking in the beautiful ocean view from my spacious Beach Front Suite, it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool area was exceptional, providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax under the sun. The meticulous decor and comfy bed made every moment enjoyable.

I particularly enjoyed our beach front suite, which had an amazing view and felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly. the lack of housekeeping during our two nights was a bit disappointing, as fresh towels were not provided.

During my stay, the lack of consistent housekeeping was frustrating. We went for days without fresh towels or any cleaning service, which definitely impacted our comfort. the noise from the nearby bar kept me awake at night, making it impossible to relax after a long day of exploring.

The bar next door turns into a loud club past midnight, making it impossible to sleep with music shaking the walls. Room 124 had a keypad issue, forcing us to use a flimsy padlock for security, which felt unsettling. Water pressure was inconsistent, switching from hot to cold sporadically, while the beach area had murky waters and not much swimming space.

B House Samui is a quiet place perfect for relaxing, featuring a big room with modern amenities like air conditioning and a luxurious private bathroom with a bathtub and rainfall shower. The proximity to Fisherman's Village makes it easy to grab breakfast nearby, and the stylish decor adds to the peaceful vibe.

We didn't receive fresh towels or bedding, and that affected our comfort somewhat. the noise from the bar was bothersome late at night, preventing us from getting good sleep. It's clear the staff tried their best. they were friendly and accommodating, but their absence made it feel more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel experience. While the room quality was high, consistency in service could greatly improve the experience.
